Open Gym
At certain times during the week, our gym (the Sebring-Lewis Center) is open to youth and adults to use however you’d like. You can view open gym times by checking the gym schedule.
Community Acupuncture
Come explore the benefits of acupuncture in a group setting, at no cost. Community Acupuncture is an effective, efficient, way to treat stress and targeted pain issues. Community Acupuncture uses the NADA protocol (a series of needles inserted into the ear) and is done fully-clothed, while sitting in chairs.

Adult Soccer
Break away from the workout room and on to the field with your friends in our Adult Soccer League. Join as a group, or as a free agent, every Sunday afternoon for games officiated by a certified referee. Games are officiated by certified referees.
