Tread and Shed

Experience the benefits of a cardiovascular workout using the treadmill. Using the incline on the treadmill, Tread ‘N’ Shed will help you improve your endurance while uphill walking and running. Instructor lead activities will take you through sprints and slow-walks to increase your endurance and understand your rate of exertion.

Tread and Shred requires the purchase of a punch card for daily drop-ins.

Click here to view the Wellness Punch Card.

A punch card is required for the following group exercise classes: Tai Chi, Tread and Shed, Stretch and Meditation, and all yoga classes.

5-class punch – a good way to try out various classes.

$25 (Members), $50 (Non-Members)

10-class punch - the most economical option.

$45 (Members), $90 (Non-Members)

Drop-in – best for a one-time use.

$8 (Members), $10 (Non-Members)
