We’ve updated our Family Camp registration process for summer 2019 and it does not follow the same timeline as youth program registration.
Returning Families, McGaw members, and non-members:
Turn in your registration form by Monday, January 7 at 12pm by phone, fax, or email to increase your chance of enrollment. Once turned in, we will randomly process applications in the following order: returning families, McGaw members, and non-members.
Any applications received after Monday, January 7 at 12pm will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We are encouraging families to submit income documents prior to completing the online camper application to speed up the notification process. Please be mindful that we do not have an unlimited amount of fee assistance, so it is important that you submit your 1040 to us in a timely manner.
In order to receive fee assistance, your camper must be an active member in good standing at the McGaw YMCA. Their membership must be valid from the time of registration through the session at camp. If you do not currently have an active membership, you may contact the McGaw YMCA Member Relations team at 847-475-7400.
