
Group Classes
Registration for these Fall classes begins August 16 for members, August 30 for non-members.
- Basic Training - Refresh your exercise routine with a group workout that includes elemetns of cardio, core strength, resistence training, and balance.
- Bellydance - Learn basic moves and a choreographed routine.
- Boxing - Train like a champ, without any black eyes. Non-contact circuit training and shadow-boxing for all levels.
- Dodgeball for Adults (NEW) - Unleash your inner playground hero with a refereed series of Dodgeball games every Sunday. Each week, you'll group into teams of 6-10 players for a new variation on the game.
- Mother-Daughter Training (NEW) - Each week features a different activity for adults to exercise with their children (ages 10+), including dance, step, water fitness, track, boxing, and circuit training.
- Move It To Lose It - An intense exercise program focusing on weight loss and overall lifestyle change.
Drop-In Classes
- We offer over 100 drop-in group exercise classes each week, including Active Older Adults, Athletic Training, Pilates, Spinning, Yoga, and Zumba. Many are free with membership.
