Health & Wellness Orientation
The concept of getting into shape is simple. The tricky part is carrying it out in a way that fits your unique lifestyle. And that's where our new orientation can help. You'll get started (or re-started) with just the right amount of personal staff support.
Sign up to begin at any time. Please note that this isn't personal training... but we have that, too.
Level 1: (1 or 2 meetings) If you’re pretty comfortable working out and have previous gym or exercise experience, sign up for this level to get any questions answered by a Health & Wellness staff member, and find out how to make the most of your membership. Register with Member Relations at 847.475.7400 x286.
Level 2: (2 or 3 meetings) If you have done some exercise in the past, but would like some help setting goals and developing your exercise plan, a Health & Wellness staff member will go further in-depth with you than in the basic orientation. Register with Member Relations at 847.475.7400 x286.
Level 3: (3 or 4 meetings) If you have minimal or no exercise experience, this in-depth orientation can help you develop new health and wellness habits at a gradual pace. Register with Member Relations at 847.475.7400 x286.
