We added an additional babysitting certification course for the holidays!
This American Red Cross certification course offers 11-15 year olds an opportunity to learn how to become a knowledgeable and valuable babysitter. Participants develop good decision-making, and learn about safety and hygiene for small children along with caring for infants, responding to emergencies and starting their own babysitting business!

Lifeguard Training Pre-Test
This is the first step towards becoming a certified lifeguard!
Upon successful completion, this pre-test qualifies participants aged 15+ to take the Pool and Waterfront Lifeguard Training.
a 550-yd swim and
a 15-yd underwater swim
2 minutes of arms-free treading, and
a 10lb. brick retrieval swim
Any combination of freestyle and breaststroke is allowed for the swims.
Pool and Waterfront Lifeguard Training
This American Red Cross certification course prepares participants aged 15+ for pool and waterfront lifeguarding. Participants learn teamwork, rescue and surveillance skills, first aid and CPR/AED responses through group discussions along with hands-on and in-water practice.
Pool and Waterfront Lifeguard Review
This course is for current lifeguards who have completed the latest revision of the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training course (2011) and need to be re-certified.
