The Member Relations Specialist handles daily operations in the McGaw YMCA Member Relations department. This position reports to the Member Experience Director and is responsible for providing excellent customer service at all times as well as supporting data analysis, departmental projects and responsibilities as designated by the Member Experience Director. They will be the daily point of contact for members, determining their needs and offering solution-based resolutions. Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the safety of the facility patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies as well as enforcing all facility rules and regulations. Salary Range: Starting at $15.40 Per Hour Department: Aquatics Employment Type: Part-time Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 5:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Saturday, 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Sunday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Experience/Education/Certification Requirements: Must have American Red Cross Lifeguard Certificate.  Must enforce policies, rules and regulations of the Aquatic Center.
