Choose your Frequent Y’er Club challenge for November! The McGaw YMCA Frequent Y’er Club challenges and celebrates members who are committed to strengthening self and community through active participation at the Y. Keep your motivation fresh and deepen your engagement across our Y community as you progress in your fitness journey. Choose from one of three new challenge tracks each month and be proud of the new goals you will achieve! Plus, earn fun Y prizes along the way! FREE for McGaw YMCA members age 14+. Complete 1 of 3 challenges between November 1-30. Choose your track: 1. Engage with 3 “new to you” facility benefits (e.g. group fitness, pool, pickleball, family gym, Kids Club). 2. Complete 1 of 3 challenges between October 1-31. Choose your track: 1. Visit the Y 12 or more times in the month of October.* 2. Participate in 6 or more different group fitness class formats. 3. Set and achieve a 30-day SMART goal with a Y fitness professional. *Color Crew challenge of the month. Join your fitness color teammates for extra incentive and celebration.

Keep your motivation fresh and deepen your engagement across our Y community as you progress in your fitness journey. Choose from one of three new challenge tracks each month and be proud of the new goals you will achieve! Plus, earn fun Y prizes along the way! FREE for McGaw YMCA members age 14+. Complete 1 of 3 challenges between September 1-30. Choose your track: 1. Increase your highest monthly scan total between June, July and August by at least 2 scans (minimum of 6 scans) or record 12 scans in September to automatically achieve the challenge. 2. Enjoy 3 or more group fitness class formats for the first time.* 3. Set and achieve a 30-day SMART goal
