The Building Services staff (Female Staff) as part of the Y’s building services team is primarily responsible for the locker rooms, including a Women’s Only locker room, membership and fitness areas, and residential areas, but may also be required to support other program areas of the YMCA. The cleanliness and appearance of our locker rooms and all other areas are to meet the Association’s standards. The staff and members will be surveyed periodically to assess the cleanliness of the designated work areas. The overall goal is to improve member satisfaction when it comes to cleanliness and safety in our facilities.
