Lead Basketball Instructor

McGaw YMCA is looking for a Lead Basketball Instructor for our growing youth sports programming. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated to work with young children ages 5-14 with a preference for candidates with experience leading elementary through middle school age recreational/beginner participants. Responsibilities: Plan and implement developmentally appropriate basketball programs for youth ages 5-14. Build a positive relationship and environment for children, parents and staff. Achieve and measure program outcome, benefit and retention goals. Communicates with participant families before/after session.
