The Member Relations Specialist handles daily operations in the McGaw YMCA Member Relations department. This position reports to the Member Experience Director and is responsible for providing excellent customer service at all times as well as supporting data analysis, departmental projects and responsibilities as designated by the Member Experience Director. In partnership with Membership and Program leaders, this role plays a key part in designing and delivering meaningful family-centered experiences, including events, activities, and programs that strengthen connection and community. The Coordinator actively supports the promotion and growth of family membership and youth programming, both within the YMCA and throughout the broader community.
