Our Active Older Adult (AOA) programs are designed to help members stay strong, connected, and engaged. Tailored for adults age 55+, AOA fitness classes focus on improving strength, balance, flexibility, and overall health—supporting independence and helping reduce the risk of injury.
Equally important, the Y provides a welcoming environment where AOA members can explore new activities and build meaningful social connections within a supportive community.

Our AOA eNewsletter is emailed regularly with updates on programs, classes, events, and news just for Active Older Adult members.
