GROUP FITNESS FOR MEMBERS

Y members (age 14+) can enjoy unlimited, free group fitness classes for all levels, from low-impact strength training and stretching to high-intensity classes like BODYPUMP™ and indoor cycling. Our highly trained instructors create a supportive environment that fosters connection and motivation. Members age 11-13 may participate in classes when accompanied by an adult member age 18+. Reservations are required and can be made up to seven (7) days in advance. To reserve your spot, select a category to view schedules by class type.
