A LEGACY OF SUPPORT

For generations to come, your long-lasting gift is vital to sustaining our movement.

Aiken-Talley Society

The McGaw YMCA’s Aiken-Talley Society is named for Mayhew P. Aiken, the first president of the Evanston YMCA established in 1885, and the Rev. James Talley, the first Executive Secretary of the Emerson Street YMCA established in 1914. The Society is a way to acknowledge donors whose commitment to the future service of McGaw YMCA matches these visionary leaders.

The Aiken-Talley Society recognizes the growing number of individuals and community leaders who have generously contributed to the long-term financial health of McGaw YMCA by:

  • Giving for 10 or more years, at any level
  • Including McGaw YMCA in their estate plans
  • Making an endowment gift of over $50,000

Being a part of this group of sustaining donors provides unique opportunities to see the Y mission in action, and places you among a group of our community's most committed.
