The Member Relations Associates are the first point of contact for our members. These individuals serve as the heart of the McGaw family; they are a go to point of reference for anyone in the Y. They are problem solvers, mediators, and advisors. Under the leadership of the Member Experience Director, The Member Relations Associates support our community through creating a welcoming environment while simultaneously driving membership sales and class registrations, giving facility tours and much more. They are responsible for providing customer service excellence to Y members, program participants and guests.
Salary: $14.35 per hour

Days/Hours: Minimum of 15 hours a week. Up to 25 hours weekly.
Experience/Education/Certification Requirements:
- Must have high school diploma or GED.
- 3-5 years of Sales or customer service experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and database software required.
- Undergraduate degree preferred or combination of equivalent experience.
- Must have the ability to work well with a diverse population.
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task.
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certification within 30 days.
