Under the supervision of the Aquatics Director or designated supervisor, the Aquatics Coordinator-Swim Lessons is responsible for the supervision of staff, activities, and facilities during their scheduled shift. Provide excellent service, general oversight, supervision, and safety of members and guests. Will perform professional duties in ensuring the effective performance of swim lesson functions. This position will be responsible for leading and coaching their staff teams in the delivery of an outstanding member experience. This position’s time may be split between supervising, planning, and implementing, guarding, instructing, as well as administrative work.
Salary Range: $19.07 per hour

Days/Hours: Available for at least two of the following shifts: Monday from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m., Tuesday or Thursday from 3:45 – 8:30 p.m., Saturday or Sunday from 7:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Experience/Education/Certification Requirements:
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field; YMCA experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience.
- Current LG required, LGI preferred (or ability to certify within 30 days)
