The popular Lazy Y Tri six-week member challenge is back April 1 – May 12!
Complete an Ironman-Distance Triathlon at the Y over the course of six weeks!
- Register for the challenge – FREE to McGaw Y members of all ages!
- Visit the Fitness Center desk to pick up a tracking card.
- Complete the 140.6 Ironman miles within six weeks by choosing one of the four options below:
- Full Ironman: 2.5 Mile Swim, 112 Mile Bike, 26.2 Mile Run
- Double Run (No Swim): 112 Mile Bike, 52.4 Mile Run
- Double Swim (No Run): 5 Mile Swim, 112 Mile Bike
- Custom: One Full Ironman Distance and One Double Distance
Sample Format
SWIM 2.4 miles: 86 laps in the 6-lane pool
BIKE 112 miles: 1 McGaw Y spin class each week of the challenge
RUN 26.2 miles: 341 laps around the Sebring-Lewis Center indoor track
All finishers who submit their tracking card by May 16 will be eligible for a t-shirt.
