It is with great sadness that we share the passing of David Grumman, Sr., beloved member, and dedicated supporter of the McGaw YMCA.

For decades, David’s love for the McGaw YMCA was evident in his unwavering and consistent support. His visionary leadership, alongside his team at Grumman/Butkus Associates (GBA), significantly improved the knowledge of our facilities and infrastructure, ensuring they would serve generations to come.

David’s unwavering passion for our mission and his fearless spirit left an indelible mark on our organization. He was more than a member of the McGaw Y family—he was a driving influencer whose commitment to community inspired us all.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to David’s family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy of service, generosity, and innovation will continue to inspire us for years to come.
