From fresh air and outdoor adventures at Camp Echo to creative fun and real-life connections at Summer Day Camp, campers will enjoy a summer experience that goes beyond the ordinary. Camp Echo Open Enrollment
At Camp Echo, campers trade their screens for sunshine, camaraderie, and outdoor adventure in Fremont, MI. From sunrise songs to campfire nights, Echo offers the kind of immersive overnight camp environment where campers of all ages discover who they are, push themselves to try new things, and grow through every challenge.
Missed the early registration lottery? No problem! Camp Echo’s open enrollment begins at 12:00pm (CT) on January 6 for:
- Traditional Camp
- Teen Programs
- Adventure Trips
- Family Camp

Summer Day Camp
The Y’s Summer Day Camp gives kids entering grades 1–6 an unforgettable mix of creativity, movement, exploration, and fun in a screen-free environment built for imagination and play.
Campers step into a world of adventure, creativity, and connection right here in Evanston with:
- Field trips
- Swimming
- Archery, fishing, sports
- Arts & crafts
- Epic group games
- Fun team building activities,
- STEAM-tacular adventures in science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math,
- Plus, a whole lot more!
Breakfast, lunch, and a snack are included daily.
