Smart Start Coaching
Smart Start Coaching is a great way to stay motivated while reaching your goals. Members (ages 14+) receive a series of 3 FREE coaching sessions with a nationally certified McGaw YMCA personal trainer, designed to give you the inspiration you need to make the most of out of the Y's fitness facilities and classes.
