Jihad Baker
Certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Integrated Core Training, Golden Gloves Champion, CPR and First Aid. Specialty Areas: Weight Loss, Toning, Corrective Exercise, Athletic Performance, Boxing, Kickboxing, Flexibility.
From athletes to retirees, I believe everyone is a champion. I love helping people build a workout that is specific to their needs. Together we will eliminate CAN’T from your vocabulary and you will discover what you CAN do. I am here to help you achieve your goals. Whether you want to lose weight, gain strength, or loosen up that chronically tight back, I will help you achieve the fitness you seek.

Chris DeNardo
Certifications: AFAA Certified Personal Trainer. Chris has attended Starting Strength and Barbell Medicine seminars. His personal athletic history is in boxing and combat sports.
I specialize in teaching barbell exercises to beginners and designing a strength program to meet them at their current level. Everyone can benefit from a dedicated strength program, whether you want to build strength for sport, add some weight to your bench press or deadlift, or protect your back while lifting your kids or grandkids.

TJ Jones
Specialty Areas: Corrective Exercise; Strength, Bodybuilding and Functional Training; Functional Conditioning; Senior and Youth fitness; Injury Rehab.
My purpose is to create fitness programs where I can use my wide range of talents to contribute to the success of my clients reaching their goals. I believe that fitness is needed to affect a qualitative shift physically and mentally in everyone.

I love helping my clients become healthier and more confident by coaching them to identify and break unhealthy habits. Together we create a plan for success through exercise and nutrition. My own fitness journey has given me empathy for the frustrations and challenges people face while creating sustainable, healthy, lifestyles. My passion is helping others unlock their inner power through physical activity.

Rachel Williams

Physical activity has been an integral part of my identity since grade school. As a lifelong fitness enthusiast, I’m passionate about helping clients of all ages to achieve their best bodies ever—whatever that means to them. My goal is to find the ideal routine to help my clients look better, feel better, and most importantly function better –not just in the gym, but all day every day.
