American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification

Lifeguard Certification Training

This American Red Cross certification course prepares entry-level participants with the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize, and respond to aquatic emergencies and to provide care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries, and sudden illnesses until EMS personnel take over. This blended learning course offers candidates flexibility requiring less time in the classroom setting to allow you to complete course work on your own time. Please be prepared to spend 7-10 hours to complete eLearning prior to the in-person course date in order to be eligible to attend the in-person course.

Pre-requisite swim test is required as outlined in the class link below. 100% attendance is required to be eligible to pass. Participants who successfully complete this course receive an American Red Cross certificate for Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED, valid for 2 years.

American Red Cross CPR and Babysitting Certifications

Babysitting Certification

This American Red Cross certification course offers participants an opportunity to learn how to provide quality care to children of all ages. Developed by experts in the industry, this training includes topics such as choosing age-appropriate activities, basic care, like bottle feeding, child behavior, leadership, professionalism, safety, starting a babysitting business, and more.

Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED

This American Red Cross OSHA-compliant certification class provides basic life-saving training including CPR, the use of an AED, and the relief of choking for adults, children and infants. The goal of this skills-based training is to help students develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to respond in a medical emergency.
