At this time, all virtual group exercise classes, personal training appointments, swimming, and use of McGaw amenities require a reservation through McGaw MindBody. In-person group exercise classes and activities will be suspended during Tier 3. Reservations open seven (7) days prior. Each session lasts 45 minutes to provide members with plenty of physical distance as they enter and leave the building and to give McGaw staff enough time to clean and sanitize the area before the next session begins. Current schedules and reservations are available below or through McGaw MindBody online or on the MindBody app (search for “McGaw YMCA”).

STEP 1: Click on any link below to open the schedule for reservations. This will launch McGaw MindBody online.
STEP 2: Click “SIGN UP NOW” next to any open time slot to begin reserving your spot. You can select a different day of the week using the calendar feature in the upper right-hand corner.
STEP 3: If you have a McGaw MindBody account already, you can sign in and complete your reservation. If you need to create an account, follow the prompts to create your account.
