Manage Payments & Receipts

The steps below will guide you on how to view and pay a balance, update a payment method, request financial assistance, and manage your receipts.

We recommend using a desktop computer to access your account on the McGaw Y online registration system. If you're using a phone or tablet, follow these steps to after you login:

  • Once you login, click on the menu in the top left corner of your screen.
  • Find the sentence, “For more information, go to the full site” and click the “full site” link.
  • Then, click on the yellow “My Account” button and you’ll be brought to your account options.

View and Pay a Balance

Did you receive an email or call about a missed payment? From expired credit cards to processing errors, there are a variety of reasons why payments may fail. No matter what the reason we’re here to help you resolve it. Let’s work together to remove this balance from your account so that there's no disruption in membership benefits or access to programs.

Update a Payment Method

If a card is attached to a recurring payment like membership dues or child care programs, it cannot be removed from the account until you remove it from the recurring payment.

Request Financial Assistance

Manage Your Receipts

Receipts display chronologically by purchase date.
