How to Make a Reservation
The McGaw YMCA uses MindBody Online for certain class and facility reservations.
This is a different system than your online member account. Reservations in MindBody can be made up to seven (7) days in advance.
Note: Pilates Reformer Training and Nutrition Coaching appointments must be scheduled directly with staff.
How to Make a Reservation or Appointment
STEP 1: Login to McGaw Y MindBody online to schedule reservations or visit one of our Schedules pages to locate reservations for specific areas. You can also download and use the MindBody app on your smartphone and type in “McGaw YMCA” in the search field.
STEP 2: If you have a McGaw Y MindBody account already, you can sign in and complete your reservation or appointment. If you need to create an account, follow the prompts to create your account.
STEP 3: Click “RESERVE” next to any open time slot to begin reserving your spot. You can select a different day of the week using the calendar feature in the upper right-hand corner, or filter by categories and instructors. When a timeslot is full, you may register for the waitlist.
